We’ve used Galaxy at every stage to draw as much flavour as possible from the hop, so expect a choc a block fruit bowl of tangy citrus, peach and tropical fruit, plus hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and pineapple from an addition of Enigma and Eclipse. Grab a tinny, it’s time for a cold one!
